If you have more than four (4) people arrangements can be made for additional boats.

Cancellation Policy: I normally take a 50% deposit on a credit card. You can cancel any trip 48 hours in advance of the charter date and pay noting. All trips cancelled after 48 hours are charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you fail to show up for a fishing charter, your deposit will not be returned. If the captain elects to cancel the trip due to weather or other reasons, you will receive a full refund or the deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled date.
Important Charter Information
An important part of each charter ensures that Capt. Woody provide you with a courteous, professional, enjoyable and memorable fishing experience. As a result if you require access facilities, have special needs or want to target a specific fish let me. Remember, you normally catch more fish if you go after what is biting. So, to help make your trip a success, please communicate your wishes and needs to the captain prior to the trip. Please do not wear shoes with marking soles.
Children are always welcome however, those under 6 years of age require the parent or guardians full-time attention while on board. Children under the age of nine must wear a life preserver whenever the vessels not at anchor.
Starting times may differ depending on the time of year. Normally, from March through October charters start between 7 AM and 8 AM and during the winter between 8 AM and 8:30 AM. Live bait charters require that I get bait ahead of time so if I’m not at the dock exactly at the designated pick-up time don’t worry I’m still getting bait and will be there shortly.
Bring your food and drinks in a small to medium size cooler or let me know and I’ll provide one with ice for you. Also bring sun block, hat, camera and sunglasses and since the morning ride is often cool bring a jacket and dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Beer is ok and may be consumed in moderation but remember we are going fishing not drinking. “No Hard Alcohol”
